Yoga Therapy (Westboro)
Yoga Therapy offers a wide range of tools to help life feel easier whether you live with pain, stress, injury, sleep issues, chronic illness, or a challenging diagnosis. Maybe you just want to shout less, feel rested, find your pelvic floor, or just explore mindfulness that isn’t cheesy—Yoga Therapy can help with that too.
Yoga therapy is one-on-one, curated for you. It includes easy movement and awareness strategies that help you track changes and notice how to better care for yourself.
Neeta is currently practicing as a certified yoga therapist. This means she has completed 800+ hours of comprehensive yoga therapy training and is still practicing under professional mentorship at the School of Embodied Yoga Therapy. After about a year, she will be fully certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. This also means that now clients can experience one-on-one yoga therapy at a discount.
Prior to venturing into yoga therapy, Neeta worked in communications and offered various yoga classes in the Ottawa community as a volunteer. You can learn more about her work at askmeaboutyogatherapy.com
