Claire Supryka
Registered PhysiotherapistClaire completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
With a strong background in orthopedics, Claire is passionate about helping people move with confidence and return to the activities that bring them joy. She combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized exercise programs, focusing on mobility, strength, and education to support long-term results. Claire believes that physiotherapy is more than just recovery, it’s about empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and reach their goals.
To continue developing her clinical expertise, Claire has completed the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1 exam. She also has experience working with neurological and cardiac populations, including individuals with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and those involved in cardiac rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Claire enjoys staying active through gym workouts, yoga, tennis, pickleball, hiking, and exploring Ottawa’s beautiful trails by running and biking.
Currently working at the Hunt Club location, Claire is dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.
