Yannick Beaumont

Registered Physiotherapist

Yannick is a bilingual Resident Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Masters of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy and Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics with Honours. Throughout his education, Yannick was a student therapist for the University of Ottawa Men’s Hockey team and a team member at our Hunt Club location which further strengthened his passion for physiotherapy.

Yannick is a true believer that physiotherapy should be fun and tailored to each individual. Yannick is certified in Level 1 for the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program and has taken courses to further develop his clinical reasoning such as Exercise Prescription and Hip Assessment and Treatment. He plans on pursuing further education in orthopaedics as well as vestibular and needling courses.

Away from the clinic Yannick enjoys spending time with his dogs and watching sports with friends and family. He believes in living an active lifestyle and is passionate about weight lifting, training for races, and golfing. Some of his past sporting experiences include being a competitive soccer player, and completing a number of races such as most recently the Ottawa half marathon.
