Sarah Cooper
Registered PhysiotherapistSarah is a registered physiotherapist with a strong passion for musculoskeletal health and client-centered rehabilitation. She has extensive experience working with orthopaedic injuries, ergonomics, and vestibular conditions.
Sarah recently completed a Master of Clinical Science (Advanced Healthcare Practice – Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) at the University of Western Ontario (2025), fulfilling the requirements to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She also holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (2022) and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (2020) from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation (2018) from Western University.
She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, client-centered care that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of the problem to facilitate long-term success in order to help individuals return to their activities, sports, and work through personalized rehabilitation plans. Her approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and functional dry needling. She has also completed advanced continuing education in vestibular rehabilitation for the assessment and management of balance and dizziness disorders including concussions and vertigo. Sarah strives to empower individuals to take an active role in their recovery and overall health, helping them build the confidence and knowledge needed to prevent future injury and maintain long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah maintains an active lifestyle. A former varsity rugby player at Western University, she also enjoys hockey, volleyball, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and golf.
Sarah is currently practicing at the Hunt Club location and is pleased to offer services in both English and French.
