Kevin Guertin
Registered PhysiotherapistKevin completed his Masters of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy degree at the University of Ottawa in 2019. Previously, he obtained his BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2017. Throughout his academic career, Kevin has obtained significant knowledge and skills to successfully assess and treat patients by creating an individualized plan of care. He has experience with complex orthopaedic injuries as well as neurological injuries. Kevin is passionate about improving his client’s quality of life and helping them achieve their goals.
Shortly after graduating from his Master’s degree, he obtained his Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Level 1 certificate, as well as the Level A: The Lumbar Spine MDT course. Kevin has also successfully completed the Functional Dry Needling program offered by Evidence In Motion and can now provide Dry Needling to his patients. As Kevin strives to constantly improve his skills for better patient care, he plans to continue his Manual Therapy level courses and pursue TMJ dysfunctions.
Born and raised in the Northeastern community of Timmins ON, Kevin grew up passionate about hockey and physical activity. As a result, he has significant experience in creating personalized fitness programs and treating sport-related injuries. Kevin also has an interest in concussion rehabilitation and prevention. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing team-based sports, such as hockey and soccer.
Kevin continues to provide a great quality of care standard to all his patients. Kevin is fluently bilingual in both French and English.
