Registered PhysiotherapistHimanshu is a registered physiotherapist with a strong clinical interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University in 2021 and has since focused on developing advanced manual therapy and exercise-based skills to optimize patient recovery and performance.
Himanshu’s treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and emphasizes individualized, goal oriented rehabilitation programs. He integrates a variety of manual and active techniques, including Mulligan mobilization, Therapeutic Pilates, and progressive exercise prescription, to restore optimal movement, reduce pain, and prevent recurrence of injury.
In addition to his clinical expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Himanshu has obtained certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation, a specialized area addressing disorders that cause dizziness and vertigo, such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, and various vestibular hypofunction. His dual focus on orthopaedic and vestibular rehabilitation allows him to provide comprehensive care for a wide range of patient presentations.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Himanshu continually expands his clinical knowledge through advanced courses and workshops in manual therapy, exercise science, and rehabilitation sciences. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys watching documentaries, exploring world cinema, and experimenting with new recipes.
