Registered PhysiotherapistHeer is a Resident Physiotherapist at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Sardar Patel University, India, where she gained hands-on experience working in a multidisciplinary hospital setting and as an intern physiotherapist for college volleyball and cricket teams. Heer is passionate about evidence-based practice and is committed to integrating the latest research into her assessments and treatment approaches.
She has completed the Level 2 Upper Quadrant certification in manual therapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association's Orthopedic Division. She is eager to further expand her expertise in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, and acupuncture to better serve her patients.
Beyond physiotherapy, Heer is an avid photographer, specializing in landscape, wildlife, and portrait photography. She finds joy in capturing the beauty of the world through her lens.
Heer is dedicated to providing personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans to help her patients recover, move better, and regain their optimal function. She believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
