Owen Bloom
Registered PhysiotherapistOwen is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in both orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation. He earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from St. George’s University of London, following completion of a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Owen has treated a diverse patient population across Canada and the UK, working with individuals managing neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis, as well as a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.
With an extensive background in sport, Owen played hockey, soccer, football, and rugby, experiences that shaped his understanding of injury, recovery, and performance. Now an active marathon runner and strength trainer, he integrates real-world athletic insight with evidence-based practice to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return confidently to activity.
Owen has a particular interest in orthopaedics and manual therapy, with a clinical focus on spinal assessment, shoulder rehabilitation, and joint mobilization techniques. He is currently completing his Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Levels to further advance his clinical expertise.
Outside the clinic, Owen enjoys strength training, running, and keeping up with hockey as a lifelong fan. Currently practicing at our Hunt Club location, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and maintain an active, resilient lifestyle.
