Mohamad Haidar
Registered PhysiotherapistMohamad is a registered physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and physical conditioning. He holds an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics and a master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa.
With experience in athletic therapy, Mohamad has worked with high-level soccer players in the Ontario Player Development League, assisting in rehabilitation and return-to-play programs. His expertise extends beyond athletes—he enjoys helping people of all activity levels regain strength, confidence, and mobility through personalized treatment plans. His approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
As a trilingual practitioner (English, French, and Arabic), Mohamad is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for his patients. Having competed in soccer, badminton, and track and field, and participated in multi-sport events worldwide, he values diverse perspectives on health and rehabilitation. His experiences traveling and connecting with people of various backgrounds have shaped his practice, allowing him to integrate patient-centered recovery strategies to meet individual needs.
Outside of physiotherapy, Mohamad stays active by playing soccer, training at the gym, and practicing martial arts. He’s always keen to try new activities and challenge himself. Committed to ongoing professional growth, Mohamad plans to continue his postgraduate education to further expand his knowledge and expertise in physiotherapy.
