Krysten Poirier
Registered PhysiotherapistKrysten is a bilingual Physiotherapist who earned her Master of Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick.
Before pursuing physiotherapy, Krysten developed a foundation in manual therapy as a Registered Massage Therapist. During this time, she collaborated with physiotherapists and served as the team therapist for the University of New Brunswick’s Swimming teams. With a special interest in orthopedics, Krysten has pursued extensive post-graduate training. She is certified in Part A of the Robin McKenzie Institute Canada’s Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) program and is currently progressing through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program.
Krysten is passionate about enhancing her clients’ well-being through individualized care and empowering her clients to take an active role in their recovery and overall wellness.
Outside the clinic, Krysten enjoys staying active through strength training, Pilates, running, and outdoor activities.
