Arrived on time and did the work quickly. A rookie team lead-in-training took charge. After completion he did a walk through with me to make sure that all was in order. Found one window that was streaky and brought back the ladder to fix it. One employee, when offered, hesitated to walk through the house to get to our elevated deck to do the windows there and was going climb over the railing until the supervisor directed him through the house (he politely removed his boots to walk through). No other issues… except that
it rained that same evening. 🙁
