If you are looking for a physio, I highly recommend heading to Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport Clinics. I have been seeing Nick A. who I found by google search when I was looking for an IMS therapist for neck and back issues. Nick was happy to provide me IMS services but, along side, he assessed, listened to my history, and started a treatment plan to target and strengthen a muscle in my neck that no other physio had suggested! 2 Months of increasing strengthening and voila, fixed! I loved the way that Nick looked at the problem, worked to resolve the root cause and taught me what I needed to target with the goal to discharge me instead of treating me forever!
Now I’m going going back to work on a different body part!
Oh, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel like you are part of the family while giving individual treatment. Your appointment time is with you and they are not moving between 4 clients at a t time!
