I highly recommend M Scapillati Flooring and the Tile Centre. They just completed the tile work in my 2 upstairs washrooms and every bit of the experience was first class.
Staff:
Everyone on down from Marco (owner) to the sales consultants to the installers to the delivery team where 100% professional, trustworthy and customer focused. Additionally, if we were told a day and time, the team stuck to it. Also, Marco is very approachable and accommodating to support you with payment options to meet your budget.
Tile selection and design support:
The showroom is fantastic. Tons of tile to choose from and highly knowledgeable staff to help you with design, installation recommendation and choosing the right tile for your purpose.
Delivery and installation:
I was first greeted by the delivery team who caringly protected and placed my tile and supplies in my garage on tarps and blankets to ensure my home stayed clean. Next, the team of installers showed and did everything from installing the Schluter waterproofing system to installing, then grouting and siliconing the tiles. Several times I left my home for errands with the team working there unattended and I had complete trust in them due to the relationship we’d built while they worked on site.
