I started with the company as a student physiotherapist and knew from my placement that this was where I wanted to begin my career, making the decision to stay an easy one. I’ve been given a steady caseload to build early clinical experience, while having the support and mentorship needed to manage it confidently. My transition into practice has been supported not only by those I work with directly, but by colleagues across the entire company. There is a genuine culture of support, collaboration, and encouragement, with opportunities to grow both as a physiotherapist and within the company.
