Helping young moms create a brighter future for themselves and their children.
This holiday season OPTSC will be hosting a donation drive for the Orleans Youville Centre.
The Youville Centre is currently looking for high-demand items (see list below) or in-kind donations to help more young moms and their babies.
The OPTSC teams will be collecting donations from December 1st, 2021, to December 22nd, 2021, and they can be dropped off at any of the 7 Ottawa locations.
Donation Wishlist
High Need Items:
- Diapers (size 4-6)
- Baby wipes
- Baby Formula (top brand would be Similac, Emfamil, and Kirkland or Parent’s Choice Gentle +)
- New winter clothes for young moms and babies (ages 0-3)
- Stocking Stuffers
Gift Cards (various options but not limited to):
- Grocery stores for food insecurity/essential items: PC, Walmart, Food Basics
- Drug Stores for diapers/wipes/essential hygiene etc.: Shoppers, Rexall
- Transportation: Uber
- Special: Tim Horton’s or any clothing stores
