GENTLE YOGA (Orleans Location Only)

Orleans Gentle Yoga is suitable for all regardless of age, physical ability or experience. Whether this is your first time to try yoga or you have been practicing many years this ‘gentle’ class will help to release stress and tension in the body while receiving the benefits of calming the mind. It is a slow-paced practice combining breath awareness with gentle movements to increase flexibility, enhance balance, as well as restore strength and range of motion.

Please do not be concerned if you have never tried yoga before as the classes are sculpted to meet individual needs. Safety and comfort are always a priority, if students are experiencing an illness or injury postures are modified accordingly.
