Jeru Tamundong
Resident PhysiotherapistJeru is a Resident Physiotherapist who graduated from De La Salle University and Medical Health Sciences Institute in the Philippines. During his internship, he gained experience working in different fields of physiotherapy.
His love for sports and curiosity about how the human body works have led him to pursue physiotherapy. He is passionate about bodybuilding and powerlifting but was also involved in different sports - such as basketball and mixed martial arts.
Jeru worked in different settings back in the Philippines, including hospitals, fitness centers, and home health. He worked with mostly orthopedic, neurologic, and athletes in the hospital and home health. Combined with his education, experience, and being an athlete, Jeru has an understanding of the importance of training and recovery and the most common injuries that might occur.
With his background in strength and conditioning as a coach, he creates a patient-centered approach to intervention to involve the patient in treatment planning, ensuring that patients are active participants in their healthcare decisions.
