Gentle Yoga InstructorSandy Jones has a wealth of experience and training, practicing since 1989. She is a certified Yoga teacher in Hatha, Gentle, Accessible, Chair, Yin, Restorative, Love your Brain (supporting those with brain injuries) and Trauma-Informed Practice.
Her practice specializes in guiding those with physical challenges, mobility limitations, brain injuries and trauma. The classes are sculpted to meet individual needs, wherein safety and comfort are always a priority. Whether this is your first time to try yoga or you have been practicing many years, this practice will help release stress and tension in the body, while receiving the benefits of calming the mind. Breath awareness with gentle movements increase flexibility, enhance balance, as well as restore range of motion.
